Customer & Staff Safety

 In line with government guidelines, we are advising you of the safety precautions we have put in place to safeguard both our customers and the Snooty Frox team.  It may be necessary to amend these precautions in line with any future government advice and our website will be updated accordingly.

Occasion wear appointments can be booked online or over the phone Each appointment will last for up to 1.5 hours.

You are free to attend your appointment with one other adult (children and babies not allowed). We understand and appreciate that you may wish to show other family members the outfits you try on.  You are most welcome to use our free wifi so that you can video and use social media whilst in store.

After each customer appointment we have allowed a further ½ hour to enable your sales stylist to clean and prepare the fitting room for the next customer.

Casual wear and home ware customers welcome – no appointment necessary:-

For this department it is not necessary to book an appointment.  However, we are limiting the number of customers in the casual wear/home ware department at any one time.  A member of staff will be on hand to assist.

Personal Protective Equipment:-

Hand sanitiser will be available to use once you enter the store and it is requested that you use this before touching any items.  You will  be required to wear a face mask or shield.  To reduce the impact of quarantining we will be providing browsing gloves for all customers that do not provide their own.

Toilet and hand washing facilities are available in store.

 Payment:-

Our preferred method of payment is by debit or credit card.   We do not accept AMEX.

Social distancing rules will be enforced throughout the store for everyone’s comfort and safety.  If you feel unwell, please do not come into the store.
