Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine, and what is advertised is what you get. No poor second rate alternatives will be offered if stock is no longer available.
Images
Whilst every effort is made to have all our product images taken to the highest quality, they are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product. Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By submitting your order to Snooty Frox you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product.
Order Payment
Payment can be made using Visa, Paypal. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Snooty Frox.
Security
You can order on-line from Snooty Frox with complete confidence and peace of mind. Our on-line ordering system is fully secure. When you reach the ordering process the address at the top of the browser window will appear as https://www rather than http://www. You will also notice a padlock appears at the bottom of the browser window. These are signs that the area is secure.
Data Privacy
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. Delivery
If the order is received before 13:00hrs, we will send it to you that day. We use Royal Mail and post them first class recorded delivery. As a signature will be required and you think you'll be out, please state an alternative delivery address, e.g your workplace or a neighbours name and address where they will sign for the parcel on your behalf. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever. All postage and packaging is FREE
Returns
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 01423 815320 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Snooty Frox. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us
You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned and to get a returns number. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. The reason why we do not offer a free returns policy, is because we try and offer the goods at the lowest possible price, without putting in these hidden extras that you may never need. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
