Introducing Our  Chef

Our Chef Bethany Haresign is the daughter of Hilary Haresign, owner of Snooty Frox.

After earning her chef’s diploma and being awarded Student of the Year for two consecutive years at Thomas Danby College in Leeds, she went on to secure a place with the famous Roux brothers at their Michelin-starred hotel, The Waterside Inn at Bray.

Bethany is very creative and extremely passionate about food and this is reflected in the quality and presentation of all her “dishes”. She  now uses her talents in The Wild Plum specialising in exquisitely presented, home cooked food, using where ever possible, locally-sourced ingredients.

Opening Hours Monday to Saturday from 9.30am till 4.30pm. We provide Free Parking & offer a stair lift.
